Rich Alapack is an entrepreneur, artist, designer, public speaker, creative consultant, and the founder of we all live here, an organization that helps schools, brands, companies, universities and governments foster more positive and inclusive communities.
After over a decade of monetizing the internet through successful companies and startups like Career Builder, Kiip, Crave Online and Popular Pays and helping brands with creative and brand strategy at Tumblr, Rich decided to use his creative superpowers to inspire other people to care more about the community they live in. He started a non-profit called we all live here and it's program for schools called ACT (Art, Community, and Technology) has been implemented in 113 Chicago area schools (and counting) reaching almost 40,000 Chicago students.
"I believe in the 3Cs: Creativity, Curiosity, and Confidence. Any person or company can be more of all three of these things and I want to help people and companies learn how to do that. I also believe that companies need to be more involved in the communities they do business in and through the work of we all live here we can be that onramp."
